Travel & Parking Fees

I am willing to travel to your location depending on the distance. Please contact me to discuss as I may be able to help.
The first hour of travel is included at no extra cost. Any additional travel time beyond this will be charged at my standard hourly service rate. If parking fees apply at your location, these will be added to the final cost.

What’s included in the fee?My fee includes a comprehensive range of services to support your decluttering and organisation journey. It covers a pre-appointment discussion and planning session, travel to your home, decluttering and organisation of items, guidance on shopping to enhance your home, removal of items to be donated to charity (up to 1 car load), and follow-up calls and advice to ensure your continued success.

Do you remove rubbish?Unfortunately, due to licensing restrictions, Perfect Space Home Organisation cannot take away rubbish. Perfect Space Home Organisation specialises in decluttering and organisation services and are unable to dispose of waste. I recommend contacting your local waste management services for proper disposal.

Do I need to be there while you work?For the initial decluttering session, I will require your presence to discuss what items can be cleared out. However, during the organisation phase, I am more than happy to work independently. Many clients choose to leave, allowing me to efficiently transform their space.

What if I don’t want to get rid of things?Rest assured, all decisions regarding your belongings are entirely up to you. I will never pressure or make you feel guilty for keeping any items. My role is to guide and encourage you in making thoughtful choices that align with your vision and goals.

What will you need on the day?All I ask is for you to provide bin bags for waste disposal. I will bring my own food and drink, so refreshments are not necessary. If you happen to have empty storage or cardboard boxes, they can be useful but are not essential for my work.

What if we run out of time?If I am unable to complete the decluttering and organisation within the expected timeframe, I have flexible options to accommodate your needs. I can extend the session (subject to availability) or schedule another slot to ensure I leave you in a manageable and organised state. Your satisfaction is my priority.

What if my house is too cluttered?Before committing to my services, I conduct a pre-visit or video call to assess the scope of the project. As I operate as a solo practitioner, there may be limitations on undertaking larger-scale jobs. I am upfront and honest about my capacity, but rest assured, no home is too much for someone to help. Let's have a conversation to determine how I can best assist you.
