Preparing your Home for Sale
First impressions matter! If you’re selling your home, I can help you declutter, stage, and organise your space to make it more appealing to potential buyers. A well-presented home can lead to faster sales and better offers, making this service an essential step in the moving process.
When can I book?
My standard working hours are 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday.
Longer days are available on request.
I also have some weekend and evening availability however, this is limited and I advise contacting me as far in advance as possible for these appointments.
Investment
My pricing is always transparent and there are no hidden costs. I don’t hide my pricing for potential clients as I believe everyone should have the choice to view pricing before entering a conversation as I personally would be put off asking for pricing in case it wasn’t within budget. So with me - you can see before you message!
WEEKDAY BOOKINGS
4 HOUR SESSION - £140
6 HOUR SESSION - £180
Extra hours charged at £40 per hour for midweek bookings.
Monthly maintenance visits available at a discounted rate. Please message to discuss your individual needs.
Weekends/evenings are charged at £50 per hour and these are very limited.
Please see my locations page for information about areas I travel and costs incurred for travel fees. See below for deposit information.
Deposit
To secure your booking, I kindly request a £50 deposit, which will be deducted from your final invoice.
Please note that this deposit is non-refundable; however, I understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your session, I’m happy to accommodate this, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice. This ensures I can offer the slot to another client and continue providing the best service possible.
If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the deposit will not be transferable, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
